Duties :

Assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing care provided to a group of patients, provides leadership, and directs care being provided by all ancillary staff, maintains standards for professional nursing practice. Admissions, discharges, medications, treatments, QA participant.

Qualifications :

Licensed and currently registered to practice Professional Nursing in New York State. BSN Degree required. Oncology experience preferred. Chemotherapy / Biotherapy provider card preferred. Previous experience in an acute care hospital required. BLS Certification required. Physical capability of safely executing the duties and responsibilities required of the position (i.e., lifting, transferring)
