At Coachella Valley Optometry (CVO) , we deliver compassionate, high-quality eye care with a community-first mindset. Our newly remodeled clinics feature :

  • Auto-refraction systems, Optos California, OCT, Fundus camera
  • Electrophysiology (VEP / ERG), Topography, B-scan, HFA
  • Streamlined tech support and strong optician team

What You’ll Do

  • Provide warm, efficient, high-quality patient care
  • Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose & treat ocular disease
  • Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
  • Collaborate with and mentor exceptional support staff
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centric culture

    • What You Bring

  • Doctor of Optometry; licensed (or license-eligible) in CA
  • Glaucoma certification required ; strong pathology experience
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Availability Monday–Friday
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset
  • Willingness to learn new optical products and make tailored recommendations

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $160,000
  • Retention Bonus : $10,000 paid after 1 year of continuous employment
  • Relocation stipend : $3,000
  • 401(k) with 3.5% match
  • Health, vision & dental insurance
  • Paid time off : 3 weeks
  • Dedicated paid CE days + CE stipend
