  • Collaborate with Data Science to explore digital biomarkers and AI-enabled clinical insights
  • Guide integration of digital health tools into study design or strategy
  • Execution & Program Oversight

  • Support cross-functional core teams with clinical strategy expertise from concept to post-market
  • Monitor progress, resolve risks, and adapt plans based on closed study insights and market feedback
  • Review and prioritize External Research Program (ERP) and Collaborative Research Studies
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with key opinion leaders and scientific advisors to validate strategy direction
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and publication teams to drive timely, impactful dissemination
  • Ensure regional evidence needs are captured and incorporated into global strategy
  • Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience (e.g., leading programs, workstreams, or cross-functional teams)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in medical devices or regulated clinical research
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MS, MPH, MBA) or PhD in life sciences, engineering, or public health
  • Knowledge of neuromodulation, pelvic health, pain, or neuroscience therapy areas
  • Strong familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), AI / ML applications, or digital health
