Senior Technical Program Manager - ASIC Development

Your Role : As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex ASIC / SOC development across various pre-silicon and post-silicon phases. This includes architecture, design, verification, manufacturing, and validation of advanced solutions for satellites and ground equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to create and execute project plans that meet power, performance, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with ASIC, communication systems, electrical engineering, and software teams to define and test ASIC bring-up plans.
• Work alongside product management to ensure project alignment with schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Drive project execution, make informed technical trade-offs, and resolve any blocking issues affecting progress.
• Partner with various engineering teams to ensure deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to ensure timely project completion.

A Day in the Life : You will leverage your expertise in project management tools and ASIC / IP design methodologies while overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle. The role demands proficiency in scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource, and risk management, as well as a solid understanding of the physical design and testing processes associated with silicon development.
