As a Land Development PE, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including :

• Preparing Site / Grading / Utility Plans, Construction Details, and Conceptual Layout plans
• Designing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
• Obtaining agency approvals
• Managing project budgets and workload
• Collaborating with different teams and agencies
• Making decisions based on multiple viewpoints
