Functions and Responsibilities : Orthopaedic Care : Primary responsibility for delivering comprehensive orthopaedic care to veterans, including both clinical and surgical procedures. Resident Supervision : Supervise residents in accordance with VA guidelines, fostering a learning environment that enhances their skills and professional growth. Clinic Staffing : Manage and staff orthopedic clinics, ensuring efficient and effective patient care. Administrative Participation : Attend staff meetings and actively participate in committees as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Inpatient and Outpatient Services : Provide orthopaedic services to both inpatient and outpatient veterans, addressing their diverse and critical healthcare needs.
