MES Program Manager & Organization Change Management
Eaton's Corporate Sector is hiring a MES Program Manager & Organization Change Management. This position can be remote. This position requires 25% travel.
As part of Eaton's Operating for Growth transformation, we are seeking a dynamic Program Manager and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader to support the enterprise-wide implementation of a scalable Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role will partner with the MES IT Program Manager to lead deployment across approximately 50 key sites, focusing on enhancing operational visibility, reducing manual processes, and leveraging real-time data for improved decision-making. The Program Manager & OCM Leader will oversee proof-of-concept trials, full-scale rollouts, and drive a robust change management strategy in collaboration with HR, MES stakeholders, and site teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring organizational readiness, developing communication plans, and aligning skills and structures to sustain MES adoption and realize its full benefits.
