Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, including data collection and analysis

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and deliver effective interventions

Provide training and support to staff and family members

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements :

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
