Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include bookkeeping, budget preparation, financial analysis, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and performing reconciliations
• Experience in bookkeeping, budget preparation, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, etc.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in the mining or metals industry is beneficial
