The Virginia Veterinary Center in Short Pump, VA is hiring a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our outstanding team! Are you looking for a new and exciting work environment? Do you have a passion for emergency veterinary care and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Virginia Veterinary Centers is a multi-specialty referral practice and emergency hospital caring for animals in the greater Richmond area. We are seeking to fill a full-time Client Care Specialist position on our emergency team and this position would be on the evening shift.

Shift Details : 2am - 12pm, 4 / 10-hour shifts per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Qualified candidates should be friendly, poised and have a client focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient typing skills and comfortable navigating digital records systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn how to use internal company software systems.
• Must be well organized.
• Ability to handle high pressure and stressful situations and events in a calm supportive manner.
• Ability to review estimates, discuss financial options, and process payments.

Qualifications

Based on employee interest, Veterinary Assistant Certification and / or Licensed Veterinary Technician Program Financial assistance may be available!
