Jasmine Park is a community of 120 apartments offering spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans with selective unit renovations. Job Requirements for the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician :

• Supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIRED
• HVAC Certification is REQUIRED
• Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Work as a team leader
• Assist with completing service requests
• Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently and effectively scheduling team, assuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly in a timely manner
• Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
• Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
• Assist with various projects as assigned by Property Manager
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
