About Survoy's Superior Service

Survoy's Superior Service is a private equity–backed leader in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing solutions, serving some of Northeastern Ohio's most recognized organizations—including large-scale food production, logistics companies, name-brand restaurants, and well known sports facilities.

Survoy's is in an unprecedented stage of growth and development. With the backing of Orion, we are rapidly expanding and investing in the next generation of operational leaders. Hungry, humble, and smart candidates need apply!

The Opportunity

We are looking for gritty, entrepreneurial graduates in Industrial Engineering who want to do more than just follow established processes—you'll build them from the ground up.

This isn't a role with a playbook—it's for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is excited to chart their own path. You'll be the driving force behind transforming our warehouse and operations, leading projects that carry our business from pen-and-paper systems into a digital, data-driven future.

To help enable this, our company recently implemented ServiceTitan, an extremely robust and versatile platform that powers our daily operations. You'll play a key role in leveraging this system to maximize efficiency and drive results.

As you succeed, you'll establish structure, create best practices, and build a team that reports up to you. You'll also have the opportunity to rapidly learn our industry inside and out—understanding the parts and materials we use every day to run a rapidly expanding commercial services business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Digital Transformation : Build and implement a new inventory management system, taking our warehouse operations from manual processes to modern, technology-enabled workflows. You will research and deploy tools such as digital bar-coding to achieve this.
  • Leverage ServiceTitan and technology : Use our newly implemented ServiceTitan software to streamline operations, manage data, and support day-to-day inventory and workflow optimization.
  • Create Structure from Scratch : Design processes, tools, and KPIs that bring clarity, accountability, and efficiency to operations.
  • Entrepreneurial Ownership : Treat the warehouse like your own business—making decisions that drive cost savings, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Establish & Grow a Team : Hire, onboard, and lead warehouse and operations staff as the department expands.
  • Apply Lean Principles : Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, improve flow, and optimize performance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement : Apply industrial engineering principles to redesign workflows, optimize space, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Partner Across the Business : Collaborate with technicians, the Service Manager, the General Manager, and other leaders to ensure operational excellence.
  • Work With Industry Leaders : Coordinate closely with suppliers like Trane, Carrier, Johnstone, and United Refrigeration to ensure timely and cost-effective material sourcing.
  • Lead Strategic Projects : Take ownership of initiatives that move the company into its next phase of growth and digital capability.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field such as Supply Chain, Operations, or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build structure where none exists.
  • Grit, resilience, and a bias for action—you push through obstacles and find solutions.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools or certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or coursework) is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with technology and interest in digital transformation (ServiceTitan experience a plus, Excel and ERP / Inventory systems a plus).
  • Leadership potential—you're excited to eventually manage people and lead a growing team.
  • What We Offer

  • Salary : $60,000 – $75,000, with performance-based growth opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Direct exposure to the Service Manager and General Manager, with mentorship from senior leadership.
  • A role at a burgeoning company in a rapidly growing industry and market—with plenty of room for advancement.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, one of the most advanced operational platforms in the industry.
  • The chance to own transformative initiatives in operations and supply chain from day one.
  • An accelerated education in the industry—learning the parts, materials, and processes that power an $8 million commercial services business.
  • A career path toward leadership in operations within a fast-growing, private equity–backed commercial service provider.
  • Join Us

This is not your typical entry-level role—it's a launchpad for future leaders. If you're an entrepreneurial industrial engineering graduate with Lean Six Sigma knowledge, who's

ready to roll up your sleeves, create structure in a fast-growing environment, and lead digital transformation with tools like ServiceTitan, we want to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of operations at Survoy's Superior Service.
