Manager of Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering - Business Applications (Remote) Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Support the roadmap and delivery of lead-to-order systems focusing on accuracy, compliance, and scalability

Manage the Salesforce.com ecosystem and ensure architecture aligns with business needs and security standards

Lead a team of engineers in building and maintaining business-critical applications while promoting best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in enterprise applications or software engineering, with 1-2 years in a leadership role

5+ years of Salesforce.com experience across multiple clouds

Experience supporting Salesforce strategy and delivery at scale, ideally in a regulated industry

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Familiarity with modern software development practices, APIs, and cloud platforms
