Primary responsibilities for warehouse associates include :
- Pick and pack customer orders using robotics and scanners
- Load and secure products on outbound trailers (Store Replen team)
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work area
- Crosstrain in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
- Work entire shift on feet in a non-climate-controlled environment
Requirements :
This position is entry level, and training is providedno previous experience is necessaryMinimum 6-month work historyDistribution Center or Warehouse experience preferredExperience with distribution systems, scanners, and picking preferredAbility to maintain a safe and clean work areaWillingness to cross-train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasksAbility to work on feet for entire shiftAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentExcellent attendance and reliabilityMandatory overtime may be requiredMust be available to work one weekend dayPay / Shift Details :
1st Shift : Rotating 34 day work week, 12-hour shifts starting at 4 : 30 AM, pay $16.50 / hr.2nd Shift (Training) : MondayFriday, 4 : 30 PM3 : 00 AM, pay $17.50 / hr.Generous referral bonuses offered based on attendanceNote : All schedules require one weekend workday.
