Team : 1 employed neurosurgeon, 1 non-employed

Patient Population : Adult and geriatric, primarily emergent cases from the ED

Surgical Volume : 12 emergent surgical cases per day

Clinical ExpectationsNeurosurgery Procedures (Adult & Trauma) :

Brain bleed management

Clot removal

Tumor resection

Trauma repair

Shunt insertion or revision

Supported by in-house Neuro IR team

Spine Procedures :

Spine stabilization and reconstruction

Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty

Spinal fusion

Laminectomy

Diskectomy

Requirements

Board Certification : Neurosurgery Required

License : Active Ohio License Required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS Required

DEA : Active Required
