Construction Project Manager – Federal Documentation (Pentagon, Arlington VA)

Are you a Construction Project Manager with proven experience documenting projects, updating as-builts, and managing facility records with LIDAR, AutoCAD, and Revit ? If your background is in IT project management, this is not the right role.

We are hiring two roles to support a major federal program at the Pentagon :

Junior Project Manager (5+ years) – for Assistant PMs / Coordinators with hands-on documentation experience.
Senior Project Manager (10+ years) – for experienced PMs leading large construction projects.

📌 What You’ll Do

Document every change in construction projects (as-built updates, reports, QA / QC).

Conduct field surveys using LIDAR and other measurement tools.

Create / update Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and GIS datasets .

Ensure compliance with DoD documentation standards.

Collaborate with contractors and government stakeholders.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or contractor license with equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years (Junior) or 10+ years (Senior) in construction project management .

Direct experience with LIDAR, Revit, AutoCAD (must-have).

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance .

❌ We will not consider candidates without construction documentation experience or without LIDAR / Revit / AutoCAD skills.

💼 Salary : $110,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience).

📍 Location : Arlington, VA (Pentagon)

🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
