Electrical Engineer

Armand Corporation, an award-winning M / WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our construction management team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college related to architecture or construction engineering or architecture, as well as at least 5 years of experience with building electricalcodes and systems in a construction setting, including medium voltage (about 600 volts), fire alarms, cathodic protection, and radio frequency.

This position will be full-time, On-site in Jersey City, New Jersey

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Reviewing electrical engineering documents,calculations, specifications, and reports for completeness with codes and standards.
• Coordinating review comments from other technical disciplines and preparing memoranda for transmitting comments to the line departments.
• Attending meetings with Architect / Engineer of Records to discuss and review comments and resolve any issues.
• Assign various technical disciplines for code review.
• Perform related tasks.
