Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards. Project types will include a variety of commercial, education, health care, amusement / recreation, technology. Manage project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum. Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to ensure accurate scope and cost alignment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on-site. Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented project culture.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. + / - 5-10 years of industry experience. General Contracting background. Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Project values can range from $50M - $400M+. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
