Position Summary : As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will be an essential member of our caregiving team, providing non-medical assistance and support to clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities :

• Personal Care :

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Foster a positive and supportive environment through companionship and engaging activities.

Prepare nutritious meals based on clients' dietary preferences and restrictions.

Provide reminders for clients to take prescribed medications as directed by healthcare professionals.

Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as recommended by healthcare professionals.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
