Continuum of Colorado has an opportunity to be our next Residential Supervisor . As our Residential Supervisor of Host Homes, youll get to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group of independent contractor Host Home providers in our residential department, assuring quality care is provided to the individuals residing in the homes.
The residents of these homes have been diagnosed with an intellectual and / or developmental disability and receive support from us in their residential setting, so loving working with people is an absolute must for this position! Requirements
- Two (2) years supervisory or management experience, preferably in developmental disabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels with managers, subordinates, individuals in services and others
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Work flexible hours, as needed
- Ability to split time evenly between the sites
- Ability to be on a rotating on-call schedule
- Meet the physical demands of the position including the ability to push and secure wheelchairs and assist in transfers
- Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Meet our driving requirements - no suspensions / revocations and no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years
Preferred
