Our HR Strategic People Partner reports to Kelly’s Chief People Officer and plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategies that drive business growth and organizational success. This senior leader will develop and execute a forward-looking strategy to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top talent for the Enterprise Talent Management (ETM) business unit as well as across the organization.

This role will collaborate with Kelly’s leadership and enterprise functions to strengthen people capabilities, enhance performance, and achieve business results through innovation, high-quality people processes, professional services, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership

• Advise business leaders on performance, leadership, change, engagement, DEI, compensation, and workforce planning
• Align people strategies with business goals and drive actionable plans
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives, including acquisitions and divestitures
• Monitor HR trends and regulations; guide short- and long-term workforce strategies
• Use data, digital tools, and automation to strengthen people decisions
• Partner with global HR teams to deliver solutions in recruiting, learning, performance, DEI, employee relations, and rewards
