  • Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse\n
  • Start Date : November 10, 2025\n
  • End Date : February 9, 2026\n
  • Duration : 13-week travel nursing contract\n
  • Shift : 6 : 30am – 7 : 00pm (12-hour shifts)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Weekend Hours : Saturday rotation every 6 weeks\n
  • Call Requirements : Minimum 40 hours per 6 weeks\n
  • Unit : 31 state-of-the-art Operating Rooms\n
  • Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 nurse-to-patient ratio\n
  • EMR : Cerner\n
  • Scrubs : Provided by facility\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1740 - $1860\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Kentucky RN license (Registered Nurse)\n
  • BLS and NIH Stroke certifications required\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred\n
  • Experience with high acuity surgical patients preferred\n
  • Proficiency with advanced surgical technology (Mako, DaVinci, O-Arm, Rosa robots)\n
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn across multiple service lines\n

    • \n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to surgical patients in a fast-paced operating room environment\n
  • Assist with complex surgical procedures including neuro (spine / cranial), orthopedic (robotics / arthroscopic), thoracic, vascular, transplant, and ENT / radical neck surgeries\n
  • Maintain a 1 : 1 patient ratio to ensure individualized nursing care\n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and utilize advanced surgical equipment\n
  • Participate in call rotation and scheduled weekend shifts\n
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development\n
  • Comply with facility policies, procedures, and dress code standards\n
