We combine management consulting expertise and industry experience to deliver strategies that are both visionary and actionable. We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant with demonstrated experience in energy and utilities. This individual will apply a deep understanding of organizational, operational, and financial drivers to help clients design strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with consulting leadership and the ability to engage executives in transformative discussions about business performance and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients in the energy and utilities sector on business strategy, transformation, and operational improvements, working closely with senior leadership to address complex organizational challenges.
• Lead and support initiatives related to capital planning, process optimization, and business performance, helping organizations achieve measurable outcomes.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations by synthesizing market trends, regulatory developments, and organizational priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level discussions to guide decision-making and foster alignment across diverse teams.
• Conduct assessments of organizational readiness, risk and resilience, providing actionable insights for business transformation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement solutions that bridge objectives with utility processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams, sharing best practices and supporting professional growth.
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support offering development and thought leadership by contributing to internal initiatives, industry publications, and client proposals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and deliver value.
