A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to support HR platform enhancements and collaborate with business users.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of enhancements in HR platforms, including HRIS and employee experience systems
Collaborate with People business users to identify needs and convert them into technical specifications for developers
Assist in communicating new processes and solutions to enhance HR systems' user enablement and productivity
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in people operations, HRIS, or HR systems roles focused on process execution and optimization
Experience with various HR platforms, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and ERP systems
Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack or other collaboration technologies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
