Role Description

This is a full‑time, Marketing Event Coordinator role located in Tacoma, WA. The Coordinator will be responsible for setting up home show and retail events, hiring, training and monitoring. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a customer‑focused mindset to provide outstanding service to clients and team members.

Qualifications

Prefer at least 3 plus years doing this

Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain a well‑organized workspace, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment

Experience with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications or training are an advantage

Ability to travel to other cities and towns to help with events when required

Good driving record, pass a background test

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time, $25–$28.50 per hour
