Our mission is to support children (birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays by providing high-quality therapeutic services in home and community-based settings. We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping young children thrive.

Position Overview

As an Occupational Therapist in the Early Intervention program you will provide services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays. You will work directly in the childs natural environment to improve fine motor skills sensory processing and adaptive behavior while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct occupational therapy services for children ages 03
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals
• Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Coach and educate caregivers to support therapy carryover at home
• Maintain accurate records and comply with NYC Early Intervention documentation standards
• Participate in IFSP meetings and case reviews as needed
