Do you have some experience with property maintenance, or you're just handy with jobs that require some light carpentry, plumbing or electrical work?  If so, we need your help to deliver a great housing value to the residents and our communities.  We don't need fancy licenses and certifications, just honesty, desire to learn and a commitment to work hard every day. This position is located in Perry, MI.

What We Offer :

• $17.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience
• Quarterly bonus potential of up to $200
