Overview

Now Hiring : Inside Sales Administrator – Santa Ana, CA

Hourly Rate : $30–$35 / hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday

We’re seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to support our outside sales representatives and serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments.

What You’ll Do

As the Inside Sales Administrator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the sales process. Your responsibilities will include :

• Collaborating with outside sales representatives to prepare accurate, timely, and well-organized estimates and proposals.
• Working closely with the Service Team on installation quotes and schedules.
• Administering bids, purchase contracts, bonds, and sales orders.
• Manage vendor purchase orders and track order progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Following up on open quotes, RFPs / RFQs, and customer communications.
• Researching and resolving order issues and maintaining up-to-date customer files.
• Providing outstanding administrative support to ensure a seamless sales process.
