Position Overview :

We are looking for a Controls Engineering Manager to lead the development of flight control and stabilization systems for VTOL aircraft and gimbal platforms. This role blends hands-on control algorithm design with team leadership , helping scale a growing controls team.

Responsibilities :

• Architect and validate control loops for VTOL and gimbal systems.
• Implement embedded C++ best practices for real-time systems.
• Develop hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulation environments.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to define interfaces and run tests.
• Mentor and grow the controls team; lead design reviews and project execution.
