About The Position

Location : Ohio

Hospital Details :

Hospital Bed Size : 266

Trauma Level : Level III

Dates : Full-time - ongoing, would consider a provider that can do 3 weeks a month

Shift & Call Details : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, surgery starts at 7 : 30am, 10 days minimum for call, more available if the locums wants it, 24-hour call is Fri-Sun

Credentialing Timeframe : 2 weeks, possibly less

Job Details :

Setting : Outpatient and Inpatient

Patient Volume : 15 per half day, 18 years and up.

Types of cases : Cysto's, Prostate Biopsies, Vasectomy, Litho, Terps

Support : 2 RN's, office staff. They have 1 other Urologist

EMR : Athena for office - Paragon for Acute / Surgery

Must be Board certified, ACLS, BLS

All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
