MONTHLY BONUS

Incremental bonus of $.10 to $.30 / mile above 7999 miles during the 4 week bonus period. Team must qualify for all 4 weeks of the bonus period - no accidents, claims, CSA points or citations, or service failures.Miles 0-3999 = $.00Miles 4000-5999 = $.10 / mileMiles 6000-7999 = $.20 / mileMiles 8000+ = $.30 / mile
