• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff members Competitive Pay :   $17.00-$20.00 / hr + credit for experience + shift differentials + holiday pay available Schedule :   We have full-time positions available across all shifts, including rotating holidays Supportive Team :   We value our caregivers as much as our clients Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do :   Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating) Support residents with dementia in a safe, respectful manner Monitor and report changes in resident condition Help with mobility and transfers Engage residents in memory care activities Maintain clean, comfortable living spaces Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff What You'll Need : Must be 17 years or older High school diploma or GED required. 1 year of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Complete at least 12 hours of annual in-service education and all required training.
• Proficient in using technology, including the resident charting system.
