We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing processes and equipment. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, along with expertise in various engineering tools and methodologies. The Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing product quality, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties :

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve product performance and reduce failure rates.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes through effective project scheduling.
• Utilize AutoCAD or similar program for designing tooling and fixtures that support production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Maintain documentation of reliability assessments, project schedules, and engineering changes.
