An Indian Health Service Facility along the beautiful shores of Lake Superior is looking to add an Optometrist interested in starting their own practice.

Practice Details :

Integrated Health and Wellness Center that allows you to collaborate with both Medical and Behavioral Health Professionals
Build out your team and program to your liking
Total Autonomy offered - Flexible schedule, volumes, scope of practice and more
Recent $30 Million renovation and expansion project completed in July 2025

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary of up to 75th percentile MGMA
