About The Role

Nili Lotan is seeking a General Manager for its Greenwich Location. The General Manager will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, and stylists and support staff to deliver exceptional results, uphold brand standards, and ensure an elevated customer experience. In addition to operational leadership, this role carries a dedicated focus on VIC (Very Important Client)

developmentbuilding, nurturing, and retaining top-tier clientele through high-touch service, events, and personalized engagement strategies.

This position is base + a competitive commission and is based in Greenwich, CT.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Initiate conversation, share advice, and share product knowledge to interact with the customer in every zone in a personalized, genuine way.
• Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
• Build credibility and trust as a Senior Stylist by staying current with market competition, industry, fashion trends and customer shopping behaviors.

What we offer :

Salary : While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Nili Lotan reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $110,000-$120,000 annually.

In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including : medical, dental, vision, paid time off program, retirement plan and a generous employee discount and clothing allowance.
