We are seeking a dynamic and talented Nurse Educator (RN) to join our team!
The Nurse Educator is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for providing technical support and education for the hospital staff. In this role you will be responsible for nursing staff education and training, and for the employee health and compliance program. Additionally in this role you will assist the DON and Nursing Manager in evaluating, reviewing, designing and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN / LPN / MHS / MHC staff required training.

Qualifications
Education : A graduate of an appropriately accredited school of nursing, is licensed by the State to practice as a Registered Nurse and demonstrates an understanding of the facilitation of training needs.
Experience : A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
Licensure : Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
Additional Requirements : Knowledge of TJC, Medicare, OSHA regulations and all other state and federal regulatory standards.
