Senior Data Management Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Data Team Lead to join a global leader in clinical research and healthcare analysis for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical trials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead negotiations, maintain strong relationships, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled

Provide mentorship and training to junior staff, lead cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert or site lead when needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or a related field

Minimum of 15 years in clinical data management including at least 10 years in a project leadership role managing global trials

Advanced knowledge of data management processes including SAE reconciliation, vendor data integration, and clinical trial technologies

Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices, regulatory guidelines, and the clinical drug development process

Proven ability to lead complex customer negotiations and manage stakeholder communications
