Position Overview

The Platform Engineer will design, develop, and deploy complex infrastructure operating platforms and solutions while providing technical expertise to clients and internal teams. This role involves creating and implementing platforms that manage and support various software applications and processes. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise and software solutions aligned with organizational standards for client satisfaction, commitment, integrity, safety, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex infrastructure and network solutions.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to optimize infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software solutions.
• Monitor security and compliance of infrastructure systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including system outages.
• Develop and deploy new software and test applications.
• Respond to security incidents and provide remediation guidance.
• Implement security systems and policies to protect organizational information.
• Monitor systems for unauthorized access, theft, and damage.
• Analyze security alerts and threats; respond to prevent breaches and incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned while complying with all company policies and standards.
