Do you hold an active LPN license in the state of Georgia and enjoy working with seniors? Presbyterian Village Cobb, a Premier Retirement Community located in Cobb County is seeking experienced, compassionate, and professional LPNs with strong leadership skills that enjoy working with seniors.
Presently, we are interviewing for Full Time LPN Positions: 7am-11pm & 11pm-7am. Full Time shifts in Skilled Nursing & Rehab. We believe that team members are our greatest resource and are looking for people who share our commitment to provide quality care for seniors and their families.

Our LPN positions are staff positions that have direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistants. Candidates will be expected to maintain a safe, clean work environment by complying with all policies, procedures, & regulations of the facility and state.
Responsibilities:
· Administering medications and treatments
· Participating in the care plan process
· Communicating with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
· Documenting assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policies.
· Educating patients and their families on health-related issues.
· Supervising and coaching C.N.A.’s.
· Actively participates in the “Universal Concept” of resident care.
Qualifications required:
· Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
· Valid State licensure as an LPN
· At least 1 year of experience (preferably in LTC/skilled nursing community)
· Genuine passion for working with seniors.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Current CPR/First Aid Certification required.
