Working in Client Success
The Advisory team is a core group within Drawbridge. As an agile team, Advisory works to provide best-in-class service and support to our clients. As a Cybersecurity Associate, you will assist with maintaining relationships with clients, their IT resources, and associated third parties. You will work to gain an understanding of the Drawbridge business process, engagement deliverables and services, cybersecurity risk management, IT controls, and regulatory standards. In this highly team collaborative role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, working with many of the world's most successful asset management firms.
The Cybersecurity Associate will report to a Advisory Manager.

In this role you will :
Be a point of contact for Drawbridge clientsContribute to success plansAssist in the production and delivery of products defined by scope of work within the client's contractual parametersContribute to post deliverable CSATReview and present Client Risk Assessment results, Vendor Risk Assessment resultsDraft and update Client Cybersecurity PoliciesParticipate and / or lead live trainings and / or table-top exercises, as neededCollaborate with other Advisors, partner with Account and Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure positive client healthHelp to oversee and maintain deliverable lifecycle across multiple Client relationshipsCarry out information gathering and report generation for Cyber Risk Assessments, Policy Development, Training and Phishing, and other Drawbridge productsAssist Clients with technical information and general assistance with deliverablesHelp to develop and maintain positive Client relationships and a high level of Client satisfactionAct as an escalation point for service-related, Client support requestsDirect and escalate Client concerns or non-service related requests in a timely manner to the appropriate individual(s)You Have
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in General Business, IT, Cyber security or similar2-5 Years of Experience, preferably in a customer facing and / or IT support role.Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce Service CloudSolid team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy and intuitivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional time management skills and attention to detailNice if you have
Knowledge of hedge fund, private equity, or venture capital operations / complianceCRISC, CISA, CISSP, CIPP, Security +, certifications are a huge plus.Previous experience conducting risk assessments are a plus.Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud Technology, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident ResponseWe Offer

Base Salary
$70,000 - $85,000
