Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Service Technician Manager located in Rigby, ID. The Electrical Service Technician Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide field service. The role also involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating with customers for service requirements, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include scheduling and dispatching technicians, monitoring service progress, and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Skills in Maintenance & Repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Experience in Field Service and managing a team of technicians
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to coordinate with customers for service requirements
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license
• Previous experience in an electrical service manager role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is an advantage
