Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the long-term success and growth of its shop customers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular check-ins

Provide training on the company's platform and drive customer retention

Handle escalations, consult with shops, and achieve monthly goals

Required Qualifications

GED / HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Technical proficiency with computers and information systems

Experience in the automotive industry is preferred

Strong time management and organizational skills

Expertise using Salesforce CRM is preferred
