Job Description
This job is responsible for handling moderately complex transactions and client issues for assigned accounts. Key responsibilities include collateral monitoring and cash movement. Job expectations include accurately handling detailed instructions and executing a high volume of moderately complex tasks. Handles moderately complex customer problems and issues for assigned accounts. Requires a minimum amount of day-to-day supervision. Is able to handle detailed instructions under pressure and a relatively high volume of credits. Has a well-developed expertise / knowledge, but not yet considered to be the "expert" for the assigned area. Has a good working knowledge of the various credit-related products and a good understanding of loan / credit documentation. Takes initiative to work through issues. Is able to perform well in a cross-functional team environment. Typically requires at least 4 to 6 years of experience.
