Job descriptionCentral Carolina Hospital is a 137-bed acute care hospital located in Sanford, NC, providing quality healthcare since 1981. The hospital offers a wide range of specialties including cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, hospitalist services, intensivists, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, and wound care. The hospital is certified as a Primary Stroke Center and a Chest Pain Center, with Advanced Heart Failure Accreditation and a Stroke Rural Recognition Silver Award in 2024. Must have certifications prior to start : ACLS, BLS, CPI / HWC / MAB, AWHONN, NRP, and PALS. Certification / Licensure to work as RN in North Carolina is required. 1-2 years of experience in Women's Services is required. Shift : Nights Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 Weekend Hours : Every Other Call Requirements : As needed / On request Float Requirements : As needed Unit : Labor & Delivery – OB / GYN Shift : Nights Number of Beds : 17 L&D rooms and 5 OB rooms Patient Population : Labor & Delivery Call Requirements : As needed / On request Float Requirements : As needed Unit Profile : Labor & Delivery – OB / GYN Facility Department / Cost Center : 16776 (660) OB / GYN Number of Openings : 1 Number of Beds : 17 L&D rooms and 5 OB rooms (all one unit) Patient Ratios : Not specified EHR system : Cerner Supervisor : Director of Women Services Patient Population : Labor & Delivery Must Have Skills / Experience : Women’s Services experience Preferred Skillset / Experience : Not specified Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Not specified Personality Fit : Professional Dress Code : Scrub color any; no casual wear
