Pay Range : $34–$36 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

Resident-Focused Care : Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with attention to detail and compassion.

Individualized Care Plans : Customize care to meet each resident’s unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Clinical Expertise : Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.

Accurate Documentation : Maintain precise medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations.

Confidentiality : Uphold patient privacy according to HIPAA standards.

Requirements :

Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required—we welcome dedicated professionals eager to learn.
