Bank Lot Attendant – Livermore, CA

Position at LAZ Parking, Livermore, California.

Pay : $19.50 per hour.

Hours : Monday–Friday 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.; Saturday 9 : 00 a.m. – 12 : 00 p.m.

Base Pay Range

$19.50 / hr – $19.50 / hr

Essential Functions

  • Regular and punctual attendance is paramount to this position.
  • Ensure all parking occurs in the bank lot only.
  • Communicate politely that the lot is for banking patrons only.
  • Report concerns or needs to direct supervisor (or Bank Branch Manager in case of emergency).
  • Wear correct LAZ Parking uniform, be on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
  • Work with or without supervision and follow directions of supervisors when requested.
  • Keep parking location clean.
  • Pick up miscellaneous trash.
  • Inform all people loitering to move off property.
  • Report graffiti or vandalism.
  • Ensure no tripping hazards in the lot.
  • Sweep and change signage when needed.

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Prior customer service experience highly desired.

  • Approachable, strong customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Professional communication skills with all levels.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
  • Sense of urgency and timeliness.

    • Other Requirements

    Reliable transportation to and from job site(s) is necessary.

    Physical Demands

  • Constant standing, walking, and moving on foot for sustained periods of time.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Work in the elements—heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
  • Apply pressure to an object with fingers and palm.
  • Perform repetitive motions using hands, wrists and arms.
  • Express or exchange information, instructions, ideas, etc., verbally.
  • Receive detailed information through oral communication and make discriminations in sound.
