Job description

Family in Beverly Hills looking for Live-In Housekeeper

Location : Beverly Hills, CA

Start date : Nov 2025

Schedule : 8 hrs days, 5-6 days preferred, Mondays off

Pay : TBD, based on experience (hourly / plus free room and board)

Payroll or cash : Payroll

Requirements :

  • 5 years experience in private homes of similar scale and formality. Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, fine furnishings and specialty surfaces.
  • Non-smoker
  • Drivers license a plus but not required
  • Minimum of one year commitment
  • English speaker with good verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate with other service providers (e.g., gardeners, dry cleaners) and occasional vendors.
  • Proficient knowledge of home safety and first aid. CPR certified is a plus
  • Must be comfortable around and willing to help feed, bathe, and care for two dogs (one medium in size and one small in size)
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing household needs and schedule and occasional extended hours when principals are entertaining or traveling

Job requests :

  • Prepare breakfast for elementary age child and assist in getting her ready for school
  • Prepare dinner for elementary age child and occasionally assist in bed time routine.
  • Assist with meal prep and cooking
  • Laundry and ironing with attention to detail, Must be proficient in stain removal and caring for fine clothing.
  • Maintain all closet and household organization across all living spaces and storage areas.
  • Occasional nanny coverage after school, weekends, and evenings. Will include watching elementary age child when parents go out during the day and / or in the evening.
  • Deep cleaning weekly, while continuing to do light housework to keep a clean and tidy home environment daily. Includes bi-weekly changing and ironing of bed linens.
  • Feed and help take care of two dogs
