3 Providers Required

3pm - 7am and weekend 24-hour

On Call including weekends and holidays

CRNA must work without supervision and be proficient in blocks

Facility will accept multiple providers

Hospital Stroke Certified

Assigned / Unassigned Patients

30 Minutes call response time required

Board Certified / Board Eligible Required

Active TX License - Required

EMR : Paper Charting

ACLS Required

BNDD Required
