This is a remote position.
Snipp is launching a dedicated sales role to take full ownership of all inbound opportunities; qualifying them rapidly, shaping the right solution, closing the first deal, and securing MSAs to set up our AE/Growth team for scalable expansion. Your mission:
QUALIFY → SHAPE THE POV → SECURE MSA → CLOSE INITIAL DEAL → HAND OFF FOR EXPANSION.
This is a specialist role, built for someone who excels at fast, consultative selling and can convert marketing-led interest into revenue with consistency and precision.
You’ll be supported by:
- Sales Enablement (to provide playbooks, content, objection handling, and narrative frameworks)
- Solutions SMEs (subject matter experts who will help shape POVs, proposals, and technical confidence)
This is a high-velocity, high-credibility conversion engine designed to maximize the impact of every inbound lead.
What You’ll Do:
Inbound Qualification & Rapid Engagement
- Own every marketing generated inbound lead.
- Run structured discovery using frameworks like MEDDICC.
- Engage new prospects quickly; within minutes/hours, not days.
- Build trust and clarity for prospects evaluating promotions, offers, rebates, or loyalty solutions.
Consultative Sales & POV Development
- Assess client needs across Snipp’s full solution suite.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Solutions SMEs to build strong POVs and best-in-class responses.
- Run high-quality discoveries that uncover goals, buying triggers, and operational realities.
- Present Snipp’s differentiated value with clarity, sophistication, and confidence.
Closing & Revenue Activation
- Own the full cycle of the initial deal and/or MSA where appropriate: qualification, proposal, price negotiation, close.
- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure a clean, professional handoff for the initial project. Simultaneously, ensure a professional and solid handoff to growth team setting everyone up for immediate and long-term success.
Process Excellence & Forecasting
- Maintain crisp pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting inside CRM.
- Follow structured inbound workflows and help improve them over time.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (speed, conversion, win rate).
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS, Martech, AdTech, digital services sales, or similar
- Proven success converting inbound pipeline and closing new business
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions
- Structured discovery skills (MEDDICC familiarity a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Experience selling into Marketing, Shopper, Digital, CRM, Loyalty, or Growth teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with promotions, offers, loyalty, digital coupons, or data-driven marketing tech
- Experience in high-growth or change-oriented environments
- Strong understanding of multi-solution or multi-program selling motions
