We are seeking a dependable and hardworkingDishwasher / Prep Cook to support our culinary team and help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and cleanly.

Position Summary

As a Dishwasher / Prep Cook, you will play a key dual role in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and assisting with food preparation. Youll ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and sanitized while helping the culinary team with ingredient preparation, organization, and basic cooking tasks. Your attention to detail and teamwork will contribute directly to delivering the exceptional quality and presentation our guests expect.

What Youll Do :

• Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, cookware, and utensils in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, kitchen floors, and storage spaces.
• Assist with food prep tasks such as washing, chopping, labeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Support chefs and line cooks with daily setup and breakdown of prep stations.
• Properly store ingredients and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and communicate needs to kitchen management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in general kitchen duties as needed during busy service hours.
